Insurance As a result of the implementation of the EC Directive on Package Travel, Package Holidays and
Package conclusion of any contract with you. This information includes details of health formalities (e.g. the
E111 Form) required for the journey and for the country in which you
rented the accommodation from me, the necessity of having a Personal
Insurance Policy covering your needs but specifically including
Cancellation/Curtailment, Medical Expenses and Third Person
Public Liability. Please realize, even if
you do effect a personal insurance policy that you must
SIGN, DATE AND RETURN the insurance disclaimer form in order top acknowledge receipt by yourselves of the above information according to the EC Directive on package travel regulations. I strongly
advise you to obtain a form E111 from you local main Post Office.
The E111 will entitle you to certain free health arrangements in
France. Full details are
given in the DHSS Leaflet No SA40. I/We
understand that it is a requirement of the rental conditions that the
party is covered by an insurance which includes a third party public
liability clause.
Thank you for your comprehension I/We have
been advised by Kathleen Byles of the benefits of taking comprehensive
travel insurance.
