Deposit
25% of the total holiday cost is payable on reservation. Balance is due 8 weeks before departure. If booking within eight weeks of your holiday full payment is
required. A
deposit of £100 is required with the balance to cover the cost (if any)
of breakage’s, damages, cleaning etc. refundable when these have been deducted.

(N.B. 25% deposit which is required before a booking can be confirmed is
non-refundable. You are
advised to take out a Travel Insurance Policy with a Cancellation clause,
such as Chez/Europ Assistance, which may enable you to recover
non-refundable moneys).
I
have read your terms and conditions and accept them on behalf or all my
party who will reside in the property, on whose behalf I am duly authorized
to make this agreement. I
